We schedule the location to meet the parties' and lawyers' convenience and needs.  We often schedule the matter at one of the lawyer's offices.  Our panelists are available throughout Colorado.  We are also available to serve the mountain communities such as Vail, Aspen, Glenwood Springs, Dillon, Steamboat Springs, and Grand Junction--usually without travel charges.

     In the mountains, because of the number of possible locations, we usually utilize one of the attorney's offices, conference rooms at the court house, or conference rooms at a convenient hotel.
